Letter of Invitation for Visa Applications

An official Letter of Invitation can be provided by IARS to registered attendees whose registration fees have been paid in full.

The Letter of Invitation is issued solely to support visa applications for individuals attending the meeting in person. It does not imply any financial obligation or sponsorship by IARS, nor does it confirm participation in the Scientific Program.

After completing your registration and submitting full payment, you may request a Letter of Invitation by contacting [email protected]. Please include a copy of your registration receipt with your request.

If a visa application is denied for any reason, IARS cannot be held responsible for any resulting expenses or financial losses, including, but not limited to, registration fees, travel, accommodations, or other related costs.
