Cancellation and Change Policies
All requests for cancellations or changes to registration MUST be submitted in writing by April 17, 2026 to [email protected]. Cancellations requested by the April 17, 2026 deadline will be fully refunded, minus a $75 processing charge. Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Substitutions should have the same member classification so that the payment is an even exchange payment transfer. Requests for substitution must be submitted in writing.
On Demand Registration (after the meeting only)
Registration for On Demand session recordings is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
