2023 Annual Meetings

Online registration is now available. All registrations must be completed online and paid with a valid credit card.

For those unable to join us in person, there will be limited sessions live-streamed virtually during the meetings, offered at a discounted registration fee:

Important Notice to Members: Please use the email you used for membership to search the registration system. If you signed up for membership after January 4, 2023, your membership record may not be in the system. New/renewed memberships to IARS, SOCCA, or AUA may take 5-10 business days to be active in the registration system. Please email [email protected] if you need assistance. 

2023 Registration Fees

AUA Annual Meeting: April 13-15, 2023

In Person registration includes: 

  • Access to all AUA sessions, including sessions on IARS, AUA & SOCCA Aligned Meeting Day on Saturday, April 15.
  • Option to purchase ticket to AUA President’s Reception at the Denver Art Museum on Thursday, April 13.
  • Ticket to the IARS, AUA & SOCCA Aligned Welcome Reception on Friday, April 14.
  • Access to all AUA poster sessions.
  • Access to coffee breaks and designated meal functions.
  • Access to on-demand recordings for three months after the meeting (available within a month of the meeting).

IARS Add-On Event Fees:

These sessions are available to in-person meeting attendees only and have limited space available. Please only sign up for the session(s) you will attend.

 

Cancellation and Change Policies

In-Person Registration

All requests for cancellations or changes to registration MUST be submitted in writing by March 29, 2023 to [email protected]. Cancellations requested by the deadline of March 29, 2023 will be fully refunded minus a $25 processing charge. Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Substitutions should have the same member classification so that the payment is an even exchange transfer of payment. Requests for substitution must be submitted in writing.

Should the in-person event be cancelled at any time due to COVID-19, registrants will have the option to switch their registration to the virtual event and be refunded the difference in cost, or may opt for a full refund with no penalty or additional charge.

There is no penalty to switch from in-person registration to virtual only registration or vice versa, if requested in writing on or before March 29, 2023. If you wish to change your registration for the in-person event to virtual registration only, you will be granted a refund for the difference in cost if received in writing on or before March 29, 2023.

Virtual Registration

Registration for the virtual only event is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you wish to change your virtual only registration to in-person registration, you will be responsible for the difference in cost from the virtual only rate to the in-person registration rate.
