Onsite Experience

How do I get my badge for the meeting?

The registration desk is located on the 3rd Floor Foyer and open during the following hours.

  • Thursday, May 16: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Friday, May 17: 5:45 am – 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, May 18: 5:45 am – 6:00 pm
  • Sunday, May 19: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm

Is there WiFi in the Meeting Space?

To access the free WiFi provided for attendees, open WiFi on your device, choose the Hyatt_Meeting network, and enter IARS24 when prompted for a password.

How can I view the program?

View the Annual Meeting Program and Scholars’ Program here.The program will also be available in our Mobile App.

How do I download the Meeting App?
All registrants will receive a personalized link by Friday, May 3 to download the Annual Meeting app to access all sessions, speakers and event information. This personalized link will allow you to build your schedule and track your sessions.

You can also download the Engagefullyapp from the Apple or Google Playstores, and search for IARS to find the meeting.

Where are poster sessions held?

The Poster Sessions will be held in the Columbia AB, Level 3. View the full list of Poster Sessions

How do I claim CME?

Registrants will receive an email on Monday, May 20 with a link to claim CME credits for the live meeting.

Can I view the recordings of sessions after the meeting?

Your registration includes access to on-demand session recordings, which will be available within a month following the meeting. You will receive an email when the recordings are ready with a link to log in and view these session recordings.

Are there scheduled networking events?

How can I stay connected to discussions about the meeting?

Session Discussions in the Online Member Community: Registrants of the meeting can continue discussions with colleagues in the IARS Online Member Community. Additionally, speakers from select sessions will also be available for further questions and discussions.

The Daily Dose: Discover major takeaways from engaging sessions on important topics in The Daily Dose, the official newsletter of the 2024 Annual Meeting.

Annual Meeting on Social Media & Social Media Contest: Post on social media to share favorite sessions and major takeaways from the Annual Meeting with #IARS24, and #Scholars24. Also, participate in the IARS Social Media Contest.

Please note that the Hyatt Regency Seattle is an entirely CASHLESS property. All outlets and banquet bars will only accept credit cards as payment. 

Is parking available at the hotel?

The Headquarters Hotel offers self parking options for hotel and non-hotel guests.

Hotel Guests: Self-parking costs $48 overnight per day. Overnight parking is only available for hotel guest and includes in and out privileges from the parking lot.

Non-Hotel Guests: Self-parking costs $53 per day.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Airport Transportation
Allow for a 30-minute (15 miles) transfer from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) to the Headquarters Hotel.

Metered and Flat-Rate Taxis: Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) offers both Metered and Flat-Rate Taxis. Metered taxis charge per mile/time and can be identified with a three-digit vehicle number and are painted a single color. Flat-rate taxis offer a flat rate based on zip code and use a four-digit vehicle number and are painted in two colors.

Taxis are stationed on the third floor of the parking garage located on the north and south curb. For assistance to the taxi pick-up location, please use the airport’s interactive map.

Ride ShareYou can find the Uber, Lyft, and WINGZ pick-up area on the third floor of the parking garage at SEA.

Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail System:To get to the SeaTac/Airport Link light rail station from baggage claim, just head up to the fourth floor and cross the skybridge to the parking garage level. From there, follow the signs to the Link Light Rail. Depart at the Westlake Station and walk two blocks to the hotel.

What is Seattle weather like?

Take a look at the local weather in Seattle and plan accordingly. Please keep in mind that the meeting rooms typically have colder temperatures so pack a sweater or wear layers to stay comfortable during the meeting.
