VISA/LETTER OF INVITATION FOR 2026

Some participants from outside Canada will need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through a Canadian airport. If you need a letter of invitation to apply for your visa, you may request one by completing the form below. Please note that most embassies will also require you to register for the meeting in order to process your application. Registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting will open in Fall 2025.
