Registration is now open! Take advantage of discounted rates by registering early – prices increase after January 15, 2025. All registrations must be completed online.

Both IARS and SOCCA members are eligible for member registration rates.

Cancellation and Change Policies

All requests for cancellations or changes to registration MUST be submitted in writing by February 28, 2025, to [email protected]. Cancellations requested by the February 28, 2025 deadline will be fully refunded, minus a $75 processing charge. Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Substitutions should have the same member classification so that the payment is an even exchange payment transfer. Requests for substitution must be submitted in writing.

On Demand Registration (after the meeting only)

Registration for On Demand session recordings is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
