Please note that Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth does not own or operate any parking facilities. However, for your convenience, several options are available nearby.
Before parking your vehicle, feel free to leave your luggage with our doormen, who will gladly assist you to make your arrival easier.

Indigo Montréal – Place Ville Marie Entrance is located on Cathcart Street. The overnight rate is $40 (taxes included) for departures before 4 p.m., with unlimited in-and-out privileges. For visits under 12h, the rate is $30.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is 11.8 miles/25 minutes away from the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport.

Take a look at the local weather in Montreal and plan accordingly. Please keep in mind that the meeting rooms typically have colder temperatures so pack a sweater or wear layers to stay comfortable during the meeting.

How do I get my badge for the meeting?
The registration desk will be located in the Mezzanine of the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel. Onsite hours will be posted in early 2026.
Is there WiFi in the Meeting Space?
Yes, WiFi will be available for attendees in the meeting space. Details on login information will be available in April 2026.
How can I view the program?

How do I download the Meeting App?
All registrants will receive a personalized link a week before the meeting to download the Annual Meeting app. This personalized link will allow you to build to access all sessions, view speakers and event information, plan your schedule, and track your sessions.
Where are poster sessions held?
Poster Sessions will be held in Square Dorchester/Place Du Canada.
How do I claim CME?
Registrants will receive an email on Monday, May 4, 2026 with a link to claim CME credits for the live meeting.

How can I stay connected to discussions about the meeting?
